Family Hospice is a Medicare Certified not for profit hospice program that began providing services in 1991.We proudly serve patients and families in Madison, Clinton, Washington, Randolph, St. Clair, and Monroe Counties. We work with the patient’s primary physician, family members and the patient in planning for the patient’s care. Our Hospice Medical Director is available to assist in accessing prescriptions and equipment to expedite obtaining supplies needed to care for the patient.
