Our unique series of ornaments “The Remembrance Angel”, gently holds a heart, snowflake, butterfly, star, or flower within a heart. The angel is 6″ x 4″ and is packaged in a ribboned keepsake box.

Family Hospice Introduces you to Heartlinks Grief Center

The Heartlinks Grief Center’s mission is to be a grief support center for all grieving people in our community, providing individual and family counseling.

TREE OF MEMORIES

In supporting our Tree of Memories program through the holiday season, we make ornaments available at our kiosk at St. Clair Square from November 30 through December 22.
