Dear Friends, 

The Family Hospice Annual Tree of Memories will begin its 29th year this holiday season. 

As a community-based not-for-profit, we continue to see an increasing number of families needing our services. For 30 + years, Family Hospice has been providing comfort and care to those suffering with a life-limiting illness, regardless of their ability to pay. The Heartlinks Grief Center offers a number of services for individuals experiencing a loss. This fundraiser is an opportunity to help support those who rely on one or more of our compassionate programs. 

It is our hope that you will support our Annual Tree of Memories by making a generous donation. Ornaments will be available at our kiosk at St. Clair Square from November 29 through December 22, 2021, or you may visit our office at 5110 West Main Street, Belleville. Also, remember that our products are available year-round through our office should you need “something special” as a remembrance.
