Family Hospice does not sell, rent, disclose or share any personally identifiable information (i.e. your name, home or e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, etc.) collected online on our site, to any third party unless authorized to do so by the person submitting the information, or we are required to by the law. Family Hospice also does not market to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13.

Family Hospice uses the personally identifiable information you provide to us online to

  1. provide you with the item(s) you have requested/ordered
  2. confirm your order/donation
  3. respond to your inquiries or requests for further information

Family Hospice provides opportunities throughout our site to contact a representative for more information. Those communications (direct e-mail or form submission, in a few cases) are monitored solely by Family Hospice staff members. A security device (i.e. encryption) does not protect the information you provide to us.

TREE OF MEMORIES

In supporting our Tree of Memories program through the holiday season, we make ornaments available at our kiosk at St. Clair Square from November 30 through December 22.
