Mission, Values & Vision

It is the Mission of Family Hospice

To provide dignified, comforting care to the terminally ill of our communities.

To assure the long-term emotional and physical health and well-being of survivors.

To enhance the care of everyone in the community by education and example.

To serve as a symbolic reminder of the community that death and dying are a part of life and living for all.

Our Values

We Value…quality of life.

We Value…the patient & family right to make an informed choice.

We Value…skilled professional care provided by dedicated compassionate staff and trained volunteers.

We Value…the autonomy of an independent non profit hospice to meet the needs of the community.
